POL RODRÍGUEZ, Founder & CEO
The Passionate Cyclist Behind Your Unforgettable Journey
Born in Barcelona and raised in Olesa de Montserrat, at the foot of Catalonia’s mystical mountain, Pol Rodríguez has always been drawn to movement. His journey into cycling started as a way to complement his running training, but soon, the bike became much more than just a tool—it became a gateway to adventure, exploration, and self-discovery.
Pol’s early career took him down a different path. With a background in Humanities and Design, he spent 20 years working as a designer in communication projects and social policies. Through this, he discovered his passion for connecting with people, understanding their needs, and creating impactful experiences. This realization led him to pursue a postgraduate and a master’s degree in Coaching and Personal Leadership, further deepening his ability to guide and inspire others.
But something was missing. After stepping away from competitive sports, Pol found himself struggling with the constraints of an office job. His body craved movement, his mind longed for the open road. That’s when he made the bold decision to leave behind his career as a project technician and start fresh. He packed his life, moved to Mallorca, and embraced a new chapter as a Ride Leader.
Beyond cycling, Pol is an explorer at heart. He thrives on endurance sports, climbing peaks, and immersing himself in different cultures. A passionate learner, he delves into history, philosophy, and sports science, always seeking new perspectives. He’s also a devoted fan of his partner, Marta, whose energy and aura inspire him every day.
Now based in Port de Pollença, Pol has found his true calling—sharing his love for movement, landscapes, and human connection through cycling. With him, every ride is more than just a route; it’s a journey through history, culture, and the stories that make each place unique.
A couple of random facts about Pol: In 2024, he logged over 400,000 meters of elevation gain on Strava, and he spent two years living in Belfast, where I learned to enjoy the rain as much as the mountains.
EMILIO LÓPEZ-RENDO, Head of Operations
Some people find their passion early. For Emilio, it was always there—on two wheels, winding through the lush landscapes of northern Spain. Born in Santander, he grew up with the ocean on one side and rolling mountains on the other, a playground for adventure. Summers were spent exploring the wild beauty of Galicia’s Vivero and conquering the legendary climbs of the Picos de Europa. Cycling wasn’t just a hobby; it was a way of life.
But life took Emilio on a different path first. A lifelong athlete, he played basketball for years and even coached young teams, instilling in them discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Eventually, he pursued a degree in Law, diving into a successful 31-year career in M&A and Litigation. He thrived in the fast-paced world of high-stakes negotiations, but deep down, the call of the open road never faded.
Then one day, Emilio decided: Enough is enough. It was time to swap the boardroom for breathtaking climbs, the daily grind for unforgettable adventures. He merged his passion for cycling and travel, dedicating himself to crafting experiences that go far beyond the ride.
Now, based in Alicante when he’s not leading tours, Emilio shares his love for cycling, food, and discovery with travelers from around the world. Whether it’s skiing in the Pyrenees, perfecting the art of Italian pizza dough, or scouting the best hidden cafés in France, he brings the same energy and passion to everything he does.
