These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") regulate the contractual relationship between the client (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Client") and Mallorca Cycling Paradise, represented by Pol Rodríguez Salvador with VAT number 46409420C and registered address at Via Alemanya 18 1D, Port de Pollença 07470, Illes Balears (hereinafter referred to as “Mallorca Cycling Paradise” or the "Organizer").
By booking any service with Mallorca Cycling Paradise, the Client agrees to these Terms.

These Terms are subject to the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, and other applicable regulations. The contractual relationship between Mallorca Cycling Paradise and the Client will be governed by these Terms and, where applicable, by the specific clauses agreed upon in the combined travel contract and the technical sheet of the trip that details its final content.

Mallorca Cycling Paradise specializes in organizing cycling trips, including but not limited to:

Accommodation booking

Airport and local transfers

Bicycle rentals

Guided and self-guided cycling tours

Additional services as specified in each package

Each trip is subject to specific conditions detailed in the technical documentation provided before confirmation.

To secure a reservation, the Client must pay a deposit equivalent to 20% of the total trip cost. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 4 months before the trip departure.
If a booking is made less than 4 months before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Failure to make the final payment by the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, with applicable cancellation penalties.

Cancellations made more than 96 days before departure: cancellation fee of 20% of the trip price, per person.

Cancellations made less than 95 days before departure: cancellation fee of 100% of the trip price, per person.

No-show or failure to participate in the trip: No refund will be issued.

In the Schedule trips, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of participants required is not met. In such cases, the Client will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Clients may request modifications to their booking in writing. Any changes are subject to availability and possible additional charges.
Bookings can be transferred to another participant by notifying the Organizer at least 30 days before the trip start date. An administrative fee may apply.

Mallorca Cycling Paradise strongly recommends that all Clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, accidents, trip cancellations, lost baggage, and liability coverage.

The Organizer is not responsible for any incidents that may occur during the trip that are not explicitly covered in the contracted services.

The Organizer is responsible for ensuring the execution of the contracted services. However, the Organizer is not responsible for:

Delays or cancellations caused by third parties, weather conditions, or force majeure

Injuries, damages, or loss of property occurring during the trip, unless due to proven negligence

Additional expenses incurred by the Client due to unforeseen circumstances

Clients are responsible for following safety guidelines provided by guides and service providers.

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection, Mallorca Cycling Paradise ensures that personal data collected will be processed securely and solely for the purposes of trip organization and service provision.

Clients may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition by contacting the Organizer at hello@mallorcacyclingparadise.com.

Use of Media and Photographic Rights By booking a trip, the Client grants permission for Pol Rodriguez Salvador to use photographs and videos taken during the trip for promotional purposes, including social media, website publications, and marketing materials. Clients who do not wish to appear in such materials must notify the Organizer in writing before the trip starts.

These Terms are subject to Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these conditions will be resolved in the courts of Inca (Mallorca), Spain.
